Appeals Court Upholds Ruling Over Bronx Zoo Elephant

An appellate court on Thursday upheld a lower courts ruling dismissing a petition from an animal rights group for an elephant in the Bronx Zoo to get humanlike rights and be moved to a sanctuary.
