Indian-origin Pregnant Woman Killed in Arrow Attack in UK; Baby Saved by C-Section Fighting For Life

The arrow went into victim's heart but did not touch the unborn baby. She was operated with arrow still in because it would have been too dangerous to take out, the police said.
