After Killing 13 in Odisha and Bengal, Cyclone Titli Weakens Into Deep Depression

The depression over Odisha moved east northeastwards on Saturday with a speed of 23 km and centered at 2:30 am over North Odisha and adjoining West Bengal about 70km north of Digha, the meteorological department said.
