Yesterday's Fire Still Raging in Kolkata’s Bagri Market, Water Scarcity Adds to Trouble

Thirty-five fire tenders were pressed into service as the blaze spread to other parts of the market, in congested Canning Street. Fire fighters tried to control the blaze by spraying water on the building from six directions.
