Trump to Skip ASEAN Summit in Singapore, Travel to France and Argentina Instead

Trump attended the ASEAN summit in the Philippines and the APEC summit in Vietnam last year. This year, Mike Pence will travel to Singapore to attend the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) summit and the East Asia Summit.
